The Opportunity

The VP Sales Partner and Client Success is responsible for driving revenue through growth, renewals at existing customers, and business development in partner channels. This leader will manage and shape a sales team comprising business development/partner representatives and client success managers, developing go-to-market strategies to achieve FICO's financial objectives.

What You Will Contribute

  • Drive partner engagement, business development, and account planning initiatives.
  • Develop market forecasts via data analysis and market interpretation.
  • Prepare and execute tactical sales plans across FICO Score and Alternative Data Solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product, development, and cybersecurity.
  • Maintain robust sales reporting, exceed quotas, and implement incentive tools.
  • Manage budgets in line with division performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow an experienced client services and business development team.
