The Opportunity

FICO Customer Communication Services (CCS) SaaS solution delivers intelligent, scalable, two-way communication via voice, text, email and mobile push notifications. You will bring FICO’s best practices, innovations, and capabilities to a portfolio of customers. As a Solution Success Manager German Speaking, you will provide solution expertise, ensure adoption and drive overall business value and satisfaction.

What You’ll Contribute

  • Manage relationships across various customer teams and brands.
  • Engage with customers via strategic business and account reviews.
  • Act as the expert on FICO CCS deployment and strategic direction.
  • Identify and grow opportunities, collaborating with sales teams.
  • Ensure swift resolution of account issues and drive insights to product management.
  • Develop success plans outlining key factors, metrics and recommendations.

What We’re Seeking

  • Experience in Customer Success or customer facing services roles.
  • Proficiency with SaaS technology and preferably experience in financial services, Telcos, or Utilities.
  • Experience in Fraud or Collections is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in building relationships with senior management.
  • Native German speaking with willingness to travel 25 – 50%.
