The Opportunity
As the Partner Account Manager, you will combine FICO’s decisioning and analytic capabilities with strategic partnerships to drive immense value for our partners, their clients, and FICO. This remote role has key client sites in New Jersey and Nebraska.
What You’ll Contribute
- Leverage FICO’s analytics, software and decisioning expertise to build strong relationships.
- Serve as the senior relationship executive in North America managing partner and internal virtual teams.
- Engage collaboratively with a global team to execute partner strategies.
- Drive sales, negotiate contracts, and manage multi-channel sales engagements.
- Lead co-marketing campaigns and represent FICO at industry events.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of FICO solutions to align with partner needs.
What We’re Seeking
- Proven experience in developing channel partner relationships in fintech and payments.
- Deep consultative selling experience with strong C-Suite engagement.
- Expertise in pricing strategies, partner pipeline management, and financial market trends.
- Ability to craft comprehensive partner business plans and close multi-million-dollar deals.

The targeted base pay range is $112,000 to $176,000, reflecting candidate knowledge, skills, and experience.
