As a Senior Sponsorship Manager, you will lead the development and execution of sponsorship strategies to enhance Fever's brand presence and generate revenue. You will join and lead our Brand Partnerships team in Madrid, identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with external organizations, brands, and events that align with Fever's goals and values.
About the Role
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential sponsors, partners, and industry influencers.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Bring in suitable and ambitious client briefs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations.
- Attend client meetings and pitches.
- Strategically and creatively build a strong long-term pipeline.
- Meet quarterly sales goals.
- Identify and understand trends within entertainment, experiences, and social media, articulating them to clients.
- Lead a team of sponsorship professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
- Represent Fever at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
About You
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sponsorship management, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of securing and managing high-value sponsorships.
- Ability to build and foster strong client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- An entrepreneurial can-do attitude.
- A self-starter comfortable in ambiguity, adept at working through new challenges.
- Ability to think creatively and make data-driven decisions.
- Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English language is a requirement.
Desirable
- A strong list of direct client and/or agency contacts.
- Experience in brand partnerships and/or brand experiences.
