About the Role
As a Senior Security and Resilience Specialist at Fever, you will strengthen our global approach to corporate security, risk management, resilience, and duty of care. You will work across risk, security, intelligence, crisis management, and travel security, supporting the design and implementation of policies, protocols, and processes for global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and evolve corporate security, risk management, and resilience frameworks.
- Implement crisis management processes with clear escalation protocols.
- Conduct intelligence-led risk assessments and provide actionable recommendations.
- Advise leadership during crises and major incidents.
- Enhance travel security and duty of care frameworks.
- Identify and mitigate risks in new markets and geographies.
- Work transversally across teams to embed a resilience culture.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in corporate security, risk management, and crisis management, proven experience in international environments, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in high-pressure situations. Multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, French, or Portuguese, are a plus.
