About The Marketing Team

The Marketing Team is one of Fever's largest departments, providing services to almost every other department. Through data and research, they design, develop, execute, and analyze compelling 360º marketing campaigns to inspire our community to discover the best their cities have to offer. Teams within marketing include Acquisition, Growth, Category Management, CRM, Social Media, Content, and Creative Optimization.

About The Role

As the Marketing Strategy Manager, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for your experiences, driving demand, visibility, and long-term growth across a broad portfolio of high-impact experiences. You will develop compelling, scalable marketing strategies for exclusive experiences worldwide, including strategic partner events and Fever Originals. You will lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Meta (primary), Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms, ensuring consistent performance and strong ROI. Close collaboration with the Business Strategy and Growth Marketing teams will be key for analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and defining strategies that maximize regional growth. You will coordinate cross-functionally with Creative, Design, Media, CRM, Content, and Product teams to ensure unified, high-impact marketing execution. Leading meetings with internal teams and strategic partners to ensure alignment, progress, and successful delivery of key projects is also part of the role. You will oversee and optimize large-scale marketing budgets and take full ownership of the P&L for your region. Strategic planning and forecasting to support revenue growth and market penetration, leveraging advanced data insights to guide decision-making and refine marketing models, and championing innovation by testing new formats, platforms, and growth opportunities will be critical to keeping Fever at the forefront of digital entertainment marketing.

About You

  • 8+ years of experience in digital and growth marketing, with deep expertise in Meta and strong performance across Google, TikTok, and other paid digital channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute large-scale marketing strategies with measurable business impact.
  • Highly analytical mindset, with strong command of performance metrics, forecasting, and P&L-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings with partners and internal teams effectively.
  • Native/bilingual level of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in entertainment, experiential marketing, media, or consumer tech is preferred.
  • Interest in developing your career at Fever and working from Madrid.
