Role Overview

The Legal Operations Associate at Fever will be a strategic leader within the Legal GRC & Policy Team located in Madrid. You will drive operational efficiency, implement scalable processes, and ensure the legal department aligns with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Legal Operations initiatives to improve operational and cost efficiency.
• Oversee legal tech, knowledge management, documentation, and administrative functions.
• Drive initiatives in contract lifecycle and matter management while tracking compliance.
• Create and monitor department budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage a team including paralegals and legal operations staff through mentoring and performance reviews.
• Act as liaison between the legal department and other business functions.
• Coordinate training and professional development for the team.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3+ years experience in legal operations or similar roles.
• Expertise in legal technology tools, process improvement, and operational management.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required and additional languages a plus.
• Interests beyond the usual, such as coding or API integrations, are welcomed.
