About The Team
Growth is the team responsible for promoting the Fever business plan across all Markets and ensuring that our Partners perform as expected, helping them grow within Fever. Our decisions are data-driven from the highest to the lowest strategy level, allowing us to fully understand the Fever business model and how we can leverage this to interact with every single team within the company to grow the business in the expected direction.
About the Role: Growth Strategy Analyst Portuguese Speaker
Join our team as a Growth Strategy Analyst Portuguese Speaker and help drive Fever's business plan across all markets. You will utilize industry trends and the latest technology to make data-driven decisions. This role involves defining and implementing new growth strategies to improve key business metrics and optimize our operations. You will work across different markets and teams, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries), to establish and execute successful growth strategies.
About You
- At least 2 years of experience in an analytics & business role.
- Background in Engineering or Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics.
- Ability to leverage big data and analytics tools to make strategic business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and proven team leadership experience.
- Excited about working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Being an advanced English and French/Portuguese speaker is a must, and if you speak Spanish or Italian, it will be a plus.
- Passionate about industry trends and eager to explore new growth opportunities.
