The Role: Brand Partnerships Manager
Fever offers a unique proposition for clients, having worked with top-tier brands across various verticals. We are looking for a hungry sales professional to join and grow our team as a Brand Partnerships Manager, based in the UK. This role will involve working closely with the Associate Director and the wider team to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and build strong relationships with key clients across your designated patch (both agency and direct), supporting the wider Brand Partnerships team.
- Strategically and creatively build a robust, long-term pipeline of opportunities.
- Establish suitable and ambitious client briefs to meet objectives.
- Collaborate with internal resources to develop winning proposals and deliver successful campaigns.
- Attend client meetings and pitches, representing Fever's offering.
- Organize and facilitate client entertainment activities.
- Consistently meet quarterly sales goals and targets.
- Continuously engage with internal departments to advance Fever's Brand Partnerships offering.
- Identify and articulate emerging trends within entertainment, experiences, and social media to clients.
About You
- A strong network of direct client and/or agency contacts, particularly across media agencies (e.g., Publicis, Mindshare, Havas).
- Demonstrated experience in Brand Partnerships and/or brand experiences.
- 2-5 years of experience in a publisher sales, experience sales, or partnership role.
- Exceptional ability to build and foster strong, lasting client relationships.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, vital for delivering compelling proposals and leading client meetings effectively.
- An entrepreneurial, proactive, and can-do attitude.
- A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and navigating new challenges independently.
- A creative thinker capable of making data-driven decisions.
- Skilled in crafting professional slide decks and compelling written pitch materials.
