About The Role: AI & Automation Analyst

We are seeking an AI & Automation Analyst to join our Product Operations team. This role will focus on analyzing digital operational processes and leveraging automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, technically curious, and comfortable translating business needs into automated workflows and intelligent solutions. You will own solutions in production end-to-end, from design and implementation to monitoring, iteration, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, manual effort, and automation opportunities.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand end-to-end processes.
  • Design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows using automation platforms, scripts, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Apply AI capabilities (e.g., generative AI, machine learning models, intelligent document processing, chatbots) to enhance decision-making and process performance.
  • Develop process documentation, flow diagrams, and automation specifications.
  • Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Support change management by providing training, documentation, and user support for automated solutions.
  • Track and report on automation impact, including efficiency gains, cost savings, and quality improvements.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, workflow optimization, process improvement, automation, or related roles.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end automation initiatives, from opportunity identification through design, implementation, and optimization.
  • Strong experience working with automation platforms and tools, including workflow orchestration, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or low-code/no-code solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI-enabled solutions (e.g., generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning-assisted workflows) to real business problems.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive adoption.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with minimal supervision.
  • You are fluent in Spanish and English.
