About The Role
As a Work from Home TurboTax Product Expert, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to TurboTax users. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their questions related to TurboTax products and tax return software. This includes guiding users through downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and answering general tax-related inquiries. You will work remotely, enjoying a flexible schedule that allows you to set your hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday through Sunday. Qualifications

- Prior customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Empathetic, patient, and capable of handling multiple inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist TurboTax customers by answering questions regarding product features, navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and basic tax questions.
- Provide clear, concise, and empathetic guidance to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support customers in troubleshooting technical issues related to TurboTax software.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training and certification processes.
- Work collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards to ensure consistent and professional service delivery.
- Participate in scheduled certification and training sessions to stay updated on product changes and best practices.
- Manage your schedule efficiently to meet minimum weekly hours and maximize earning potential.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and supporting peers as needed.
