About The Role

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next generation websites and web tools. Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who possess a strong foundation in web development and a passion for environmental causes. The ideal candidate should have:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build dynamic and responsive websites.
• Proficiency in at least one server-side technology such as Java, PHP, NodeJS, Python, or Ruby.
• The ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

• Revising, editing, proofreading, and optimizing web content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience of our platforms.
• Owning various design tasks involved in the web development lifecycle from concept to deployment, including wireframing, prototyping, and testing.
• Implementing responsive designs that work seamlessly across different devices and browsers.
• Maintaining and updating existing websites to improve functionality, security, and performance.
• Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our web solutions.
