Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in background screening, compliance, or related HR functions.
- Strong understanding of FCRA, EEOC, and other relevant regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using background check software and related tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
- Manage and review background check reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth background screening processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting background checks and employment screening.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of screening services.
- Provide guidance and support to clients and candidates regarding background check procedures and policies.
- Ensure timely processing of background checks to support our clients' hiring timelines.
- Maintain detailed records of all screening activities and ensure data privacy and security.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members on background screening protocols and tools.
