About The Shift Leader Role

We are seeking motivated, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our team as Shift Leaders. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in the fast-food or retail industry while making a tangible impact on daily operations and guest satisfaction. As a Shift Leader, you will be the key person during your shift, responsible for supporting the team, ensuring operational standards are met, and delivering an exceptional experience to every guest. Your leadership will help maintain a positive team environment, uphold brand standards, and contribute to the overall success of our franchise.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or retail, with leadership experience considered a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Fluent in English and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to support team members in delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations including food prep, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to food safety standards and cleanliness protocols.
  • Respond promptly to guest needs and resolve issues with a sense of urgency to ensure high guest satisfaction.
  • Support the management team in executing store initiatives and meeting operational goals.
  • Step in for the manager when necessary, making key decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Ensure compliance with all brand standards, policies, and procedures.
