About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our expanding team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage brand portfolios for our clients, driving growth strategies and ensuring the successful execution of brand initiatives. The Senior Brand Manager will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and operational oversight to maximize brand performance across online marketplaces, particularly Amazon. The role involves conducting comprehensive brand audits, developing actionable growth plans, designing sales forecasts, managing advertising campaigns—including PPC strategies—and optimizing product catalogs. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to foster strong relationships, deliver key performance indicators, and contribute to strategic initiatives that elevate brand presence and profitability. This position offers a collaborative environment where data influences decision-making and innovation is encouraged, making it ideal for experienced professionals eager to make a significant impact in the e-commerce space.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in brand management, e-commerce strategy, or Amazon account management is required, with agency experience being highly advantageous.
  • Deep expertise in Amazon marketplace operations—including catalog management, PPC advertising, and sales forecasting—is essential.
  • Candidates should demonstrate a strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization/reporting tools.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strategic client relationships, managing substantial budgets, and making high-stakes decisions is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary for influencing internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Additionally, strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment, are vital.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering their professional growth is also preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage brand portfolios for assigned clients, developing and executing growth strategies while overseeing daily brand operations.
  • Conduct comprehensive brand audits to identify opportunities and formulate actionable growth plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Design and implement sales forecasts, advertising campaigns—including PPC strategies—and optimize product listings to enhance visibility and sales.
  • Act as the primary client liaison, building and maintaining strong relationships, proactively addressing challenges, and ensuring the achievement of KPIs.
  • Lead client business reviews, preparing tailored presentations using tools such as Google Slides and other reporting platforms to communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating internal resources, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of all deliverables.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in up to three specialized departmental functions, providing training and best-practice guidance to team members.
  • Mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development and aligning their efforts with departmental and organizational goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes, contribute to strategic initiatives, and uphold high-performance standards across the team.
