Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to resolve complex issues and enhance customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product features and support techniques.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices and feedback for continuous improvement.
Benefits
This role offers flexible working hours, allowing you to customize your schedule between 8 am EST and 12 am midnight EST, Monday through Sunday. You will earn a competitive hourly rate of $24, with opportunities to increase your earnings through weekly bonuses and performance incentives. The position includes a $405 certification bonus upon successful completion of training, which takes approximately three days. Additionally, there is a limited-time Turbo Bonus Boost of $5 per hour from April 9 to 15, provided minimum daily work hours are met. Weekly bonuses of up to $250 are available based on hours worked and customer satisfaction metrics. Support is provided throughout your tenure, including direct access to SMEs and performance specialists to assist with challenging customer interactions. This role also offers the chance to develop valuable communication and problem-solving skills in a supportive, remote environment.
