We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Associate – Recruitment Operations to join our dynamic team at Quess IT Staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, screening profiles, and coordinating with candidates and stakeholders. The Junior Associate – Recruitment Operations will be responsible for a variety of key activities to support the recruitment process. This includes handling scheduling and non-scheduling recruitment activities, such as screening profiles, coordinating interview loops, and managing candidate communication. The candidate will perform profile comparison and validation across various recruiting tools to ensure accuracy and quality. Addressing customer and stakeholder queries promptly and professionally is a vital part of the role, as is ensuring adherence to process-level SLAs to maintain service quality. Additionally, the role involves maintaining high standards of quality and continuously working to improve the overall customer experience. The associate will participate in process improvement initiatives, including Lean methodologies, to enhance operational efficiency. Critical processes requiring deep analysis and attention to detail will be part of daily responsibilities, emphasizing ownership and proactive delivery.
