About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team at TransPerfect. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex language projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, deadlines, and quality standards. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Linguistics, Translation, or a related field. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial client briefing to final delivery, ensuring all project requirements are met.
- Coordinate with translators, editors, and other linguists to ensure timely and high-quality output.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any concerns promptly.
- Utilize translation management systems and CAT tools to streamline workflows and maintain consistency across projects.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays or quality issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project details, communications, and revisions for future reference.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support new project opportunities and client onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices for translation and localization services.
