About The Role: Microsoft Dynamics Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, primarily focusing on case management systems. Your expertise will guide clients through complex technical landscapes, ensuring that their business needs are met with innovative and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, and integration, along with excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, project managers, and development teams. This position offers opportunities for travel to various client locations, contributing to a variety of projects that impact public and private sector organizations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in enterprise IT solutions.
- At least five (5) years specifically working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 implementations.
- US Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
- US citizenship is required due to contractual obligations.
- Proficiency in C#, SQL, .NET, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Experience in full lifecycle Dynamics 365 deployment: requirements gathering, design, customization, data migration, and post-implementation support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Prior experience with large consulting firms or Microsoft Gold partners is highly desirable.
- Background in public sector projects or Agile methodologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze technical requirements.
- Propose architectural solutions and lead end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 projects.
- Drive projects through all phases: discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Lead data-centric discussions with clients.
- Translate technical concepts into user-friendly visualizations like wireframes and prototypes.
- Develop integrations and customizations tailored to client needs.
- Design system architecture and define specifications for custom code and data migration.
- Oversee the development process and provide technical guidance to the implementation team.
- Present tailored demonstrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope.
- Develop comprehensive technical solution designs.
- Document technical risks and actively mitigate issues.
- Communicate solution designs effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Travel to client sites for demos and meetings may be required.
