About The Role: Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing or communications, preferably within the architecture, engineering, construction, or design sectors. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, with a preference for experience in the AEC industry or design-oriented fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a creative approach to content development.
  • Strong graphic design skills are a plus, enabling the creation of visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders, with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, supported by research skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a proactive attitude toward team success and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's goals and branding guidelines.
  • Create engaging content for various channels including social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Coordinate and support events, webinars, and outreach initiatives to promote the company's services and expertise.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Assist in the management of marketing budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance marketing efforts.

Jobot offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 per year, tailored to experience and qualifications.
