About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of project management methodologies and IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to define project requirements, develop detailed project plans, and oversee execution. They will also be tasked with risk management, quality assurance, and reporting project progress to senior management. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A project management certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 is highly desirable. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Strong knowledge of project management tools and software, such as MS Project or Jira, is essential. Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required. The candidate must have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Prior experience in cloud computing, cybersecurity, or software development projects will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocations, and budgets, to guide project execution.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks proactively.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure quality standards are met and deliverables are completed to client satisfaction.
• Manage project documentation, including reports, change requests, and project closure documentation.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in project management and technology.
