About the Role

The Human Resources Administrator at SupplyHouse will support the Fulfillment Human Resources Team based in Columbus, OH. This full-time non-exempt position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager. The role involves executing essential administrative functions such as onboarding, managing employee records, and coordinating training programs to enhance employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct new hire orientation sessions and manage onboarding paperwork.
  • Organize employee training initiatives including DEI programs.
  • Perform regular check-ins and follow-up meetings for employee development.
  • Greet visitors, manage phone calls, and handle mail distribution.
  • Maintain a clean, organized office and manage office supply inventory.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Maintain confidential electronic employee files and ensure data compliance.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department and leadership.
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned by company leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field; excellent organizational and communication skills; proficiency with standard office equipment; and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
