Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and implementation of goal-setting frameworks, productivity metrics, and performance monitoring tools.
- Collect, synthesize, and communicate relevant financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making across the system.
- Facilitate the development and deployment of benchmarking and comparative reporting of key revenue cycle metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Perform financial opportunity assessments for hospitals and clinics to pinpoint areas where revenue cycle performance can be enhanced.
- Support strategic initiatives aimed at improving cash flow and net revenue realization at the system, facility, and payor levels.
- Develop financial models and analyses to evaluate the potential impact of proposed revenue cycle strategies and solutions.
- Assist in creating and monitoring performance-linked models that connect strategic goals to measurable outcomes.
- Provide operational teams with analytical tools and insights to proactively identify current and future performance issues.
- Build and maintain internal relationships with corporate and facility teams to foster collaboration and support for initiatives.
