About The Role

We are seeking a Data Scientist to support forecasting and demand planning initiatives, including volume and contact center forecasting. This role is pivotal in developing and refining statistical and predictive models to enhance forecasting accuracy, optimize workforce planning, and drive strategic operational decisions. As a key member of our analytics team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across operations, workforce management, and analytics teams to translate complex datasets into actionable insights. Your work will directly influence staffing strategies, improve service levels, and contribute to overall business efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics, with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications

The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of four years of experience applying advanced analytics to solve business problems. Proven expertise in forecasting, statistical modeling, and time series analysis is essential. Proficiency in Python (required) and experience with R are necessary, along with advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets on cloud-based platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake. Candidates should demonstrate hands-on experience with data modeling, applied mathematics, and analytics-driven visualization techniques. Authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory, and sponsorship is not available for this role.
