About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Data Analyst to join our team at the Hannover location in full-time. In this role, you will play a vital part in optimizing our logistics operations through data-driven insights. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards that support decision-making within the logistics department. Collaborating closely with the central Data Team, you will help shape the data landscape from collection to insight, ensuring that our logistics processes are efficient, reliable, and future-ready. Your analyses will directly influence operational strategies, enabling CITIPOST to maintain its reputation for punctuality and service excellence. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of our logistics functions and make a tangible impact on our business outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least two years of professional experience in a data-driven environment, particularly within digital analytics or logistics sectors.
• Strong passion for data analysis and a good understanding of business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI is essential.
• Experience in SQL programming is required.
• Familiarity with Python is advantageous, especially for data manipulation and automation tasks.
• Knowledge of BigQuery and experience working within Google Cloud Platform is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and a high degree of self-motivation are crucial.
• Prior exposure to logistics or supply chain data will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards tailored to the needs of the logistics department, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with the central Data Team to shape data collection, storage, and analysis processes, supporting a seamless data ecosystem.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for the logistics team and management.
• Develop new data products and tools that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
• Support the digital transformation within the logistics department by implementing innovative data solutions.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and validation procedures.
• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a data-driven culture.
