About The Role

The Data Analyst Front-End App Developer at Stellantis plays a pivotal role in transforming complex purchasing data into actionable insights through the development of intuitive dashboards and data applications. Working closely with the Data & AI Product Owner, this role involves designing, building, and maintaining analytics tools that support decision-making processes across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise in data analysis and front-end development, with a focus on delivering user-friendly interfaces that facilitate efficient data consumption. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Stellantis's digital initiatives, ensuring that data-driven insights are accessible, accurate, and impactful for business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and front-end application development.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of data management, validation, and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and front-end data applications that meet product requirements and business needs.
• Implement interactive views, filters, and user-friendly interfaces within established standards to enhance data accessibility.
• Ensure the clarity, accuracy, and consistency of analytics outputs, aligning with defined business metrics and definitions.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Data Manager and Product Owner to validate data correctness and resolve data discrepancies.
• Support root-cause analysis by surfacing data patterns and anomalies for troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Translate product requirements into functional analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of new data products and updates to existing applications.
• Maintain documentation of development processes, data models, and user guides to facilitate ongoing support and enhancements.
