About The Role

As a Work from Home TurboTax Product Expert, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service by assisting TurboTax users with their tax-related questions and software navigation. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to set your own schedule within the hours of 8am EST to 12am midnight EST, Monday through Sunday. Your primary responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries related to downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and addressing fundamental tax questions. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from subject matter experts to ensure you are well-equipped to provide accurate and empathetic assistance. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible work arrangement that allows them to earn competitive compensation while helping users confidently complete their tax returns.

To succeed as a TurboTax Customer Support Agent, candidates should possess strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others. Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include providing timely and accurate support to TurboTax users via phone, chat, or email. Specific duties involve guiding customers through software features, troubleshooting login issues, assisting with document importation, and explaining basic tax filing procedures. You will also help users navigate the software interface, answer questions about printing and filing their returns, and address any technical challenges they encounter. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic, professional, and efficient service is paramount. Additionally, you will be expected to meet performance metrics related to call quality, resolution time, and customer feedback. During peak tax season, you may also support promotional initiatives and participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product enhancements and best practices.

New team members receive a $405 certification bonus upon completing the training program, which takes approximately three days. During the certification period, participants can earn an additional $5 per hour from April 9 to 15, with unlimited hours available and specific daily minimum work requirements. Flexible scheduling allows you to tailor your work hours between 8am EST and midnight EST, accommodating personal commitments and preferences. The role also provides weekly bonus opportunities of up to $250 based on performance and schedule adherence, as well as performance-based incentives such as gift cards for excellent customer feedback. Support is continuous, with access to subject matter experts and a dedicated advocate to ensure your success and growth in the role.
