About The Role

We are seeking a talented IT Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Azure cloud services, Intune device management, and database administration. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our IT infrastructure, supporting cloud deployment strategies, and ensuring the security and integrity of our data systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that involve cloud management, system administration, and technical support, contributing directly to the operational efficiency and technological advancement of Value Creed. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying updated with the latest IT trends and innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in cloud computing, database management, and IT support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and Intune device management.
• Proficiency in managing SQL Server, MySQL, or similar database systems.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, security measures, and system administration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or similar are preferred.

Responsibilities

• System Administration: Assist in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and endpoints to ensure seamless operation and minimal downtime.
• Cloud Management: Support the deployment, configuration, and management of cloud services, with a focus on Microsoft Azure, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
• Database Management: Install, configure, and maintain databases such as SQL Server and MySQL, ensuring data security, integrity, and availability.
• Technical Support: Provide prompt and effective technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues faced by end-users.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Backup and Recovery: Perform regular backups, test recovery procedures, and ensure data restoration capabilities are in place to prevent data loss.
• Security Management: Implement security protocols, monitor for vulnerabilities, and apply patches and updates to safeguard IT systems and data assets.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and support ongoing IT projects, providing technical expertise and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest IT developments, participate in training, and recommend enhancements to improve service delivery and operational resilience.
