About The Role
As a Business Analyst (m/w/d) at ISR Information Products AG, you will play a pivotal role in driving process digitalization initiatives for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through innovative digital solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of organizational workflows, stakeholder management, and solution-oriented thinking. You will collaborate closely with client teams, including analysts and DevOps professionals, to develop efficient, flexible, and transparent business processes that transcend organizational boundaries. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong methodological knowledge in solution consulting and project management. You should have a genuine digital mindset and familiarity with modern digital business processes. Proficiency in various documentation and communication tools is essential, especially in remote consulting settings. A solid understanding of modeling, process design, and requirements management is required. Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Domain-Driven Design, and familiarity with BPM, document management, or case management deployments are considered advantageous. Additionally, excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach are vital for success in this role.
