About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering clear, technically accurate content that supports our data-driven initiatives. Your primary focus will be analyzing datasets, particularly JSON and public datasets, to extract meaningful business insights. You will craft well-structured documentation, notebooks, and technical artifacts that effectively communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with researchers and stakeholders to translate intricate research outcomes into concise narratives, actionable recommendations, and comprehensive documentation. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to produce high-quality outputs are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience as a technical content writer, analyst, or software developer.
• Proven expertise in technical writing with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and well-structured content.
• Experience working with data formats such as JSON and interpreting datasets effectively.
• Working knowledge of Python for data exploration, validation, and scripting support.
• Familiarity with notebooks and scripting workflows to facilitate analysis and documentation.
• Understanding of code quality, formatting, and documentation best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw business insights from complex data.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce clear, well-structured technical documentation and deliverables that support research and analysis efforts.
• Analyze public datasets to derive actionable business insights, answering key analytical questions effectively.
• Explain reasoning, methodologies, and conclusions through notebooks or other suitable formats, ensuring clarity and reproducibility.
• Work extensively with JSON-based data, ensuring outputs are accurate, organized, and easily interpretable.
• Utilize Python scripting as needed to support data exploration, validation, and analysis workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of methods, assumptions, and findings to ensure traceability and transparency.
• Collaborate with researchers and stakeholders to refine insights, improve documentation, and align outputs with project goals.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in technical writing, data handling, and documentation standards.
