About the Role
The Executive Assistant at Fetch supports 2 Executives and handles professional duties to ensure smooth organizational operations. This role is full-time and can be based in a US office or remotely.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and prioritize sensitive matters.
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Serve as a polished point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and prepare various reports and presentations.
- Coordinate limited event-planning and manage expense reports.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience.
- Advanced Gsuite skills including slides and calendar management.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple urgent requests.
- Experience with email management and travel arrangements.
Preferred Requirements
- Tech industry experience and familiarity with Slack.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range is $88,800 to $100,800 with equity options. Benefits include a 401k match, comprehensive health plans (for humans and pets), education reimbursement, paid time off, robust leave policies, and additional perks like Calvin Care Cash.
