Fertility Bridge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Airtable Data Administrator/Manager to join our team as an Independent Contractor (1099). This remote position offers the opportunity to shape and manage our critical fertility industry data, ensuring its integrity, accessibility, and strategic value. If you excel at building robust database architectures, implementing data governance, and driving data-driven insights, this could be your ideal role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive database architecture across all Fertility Bridge Airtable bases.
- Document relational schemas, illustrating connections between fertility industry entities (clinics, pharmaceutical companies, PE firms) with foreign key relationships for ownership, financials, and operations.
- Ensure the schema accurately reflects real-world industry relationships and supports the addition of new data categories without restructuring.
- Maintain data integrity and automated workflows through integrated systems, including field-level rules, automations, and permissions.
- Configure and document access control, permissions, and team onboarding processes to ensure role-based access.
- Establish and maintain custom reporting, analytics dashboards, and business intelligence systems using Airtable interfaces and external tools.
- Execute a systematic data acquisition strategy to build comprehensive fertility industry intelligence, scaling the database to over 1,000 companies.
- Resolve conflicting information between sources using documented decision rules.
- Document all database structures, workflows, automations, and governance rules, ensuring version control.
- Track Airtable, Softr, Zapier, MailChimp, and related integrations for renewals, usage, and optimization.
