Job Description

Media & Communication Project Manager

Ferret Joaillier, a luxury watch and jewelry Maison with over half a century of history on the French Riviera, is seeking a dynamic Media & Communication Project Manager to join our Marketing & Communication department. You will drive all internal and external communication projects, ensuring brand image consistency and editorial coherence, contributing to Ferret Joaillier's influence among its target audiences.

Missions:

  • Strategy and Planning: Contribute to the global communication strategy, define and manage the annual communication plan (editorial calendar, budgets, deliverables), ensure message and visual identity consistency, and enhance brand value.
  • Project Management: Oversee communication projects from start to finish, including briefs, production, distribution, and reporting. Supervise external vendors and agencies, and rigorously track budgets and deadlines.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and animate social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok). Propose creative ideas, pilot content creation, and handle post-production (photo/video editing, optimization, and publishing).
  • Press Relations & Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with specialized press (luxury, jewelry, fashion). Draft press releases, press kits, and event invitations. Identify and activate partnership and influencer opportunities.
  • Event Management: Assist in organizing Maison events, create invitations and supporting materials, and manage on-site logistics and post-event follow-up.

Profile Sought:

  • Proven experience in a similar role (digital, communication, social media, or content creation).
  • Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and brand image awareness.
  • Excellent command of visual production and post-production tools.
  • Proficiency with social media codes and formats.
  • Creative, rigorous, autonomous, and proactive.
  • English proficiency is a plus.
  • Curious and eager to explore new digital and media communication practices on emerging platforms.

This is a permanent, full-time position (CDI).
