Your Responsibilities as Senior Account Manager Engineering

  • You will build lasting and successful customer relationships through personal and/or digital consulting conversations.
  • You will proactively approach potential and existing customers, presenting our service portfolio with a focus on temporary employment/staffing.
  • You will identify the personnel needs of your accounts and match them with the expertise of our applicants and project employees.
  • You will design customized offers and conduct price and contract negotiations.
  • You will support our project employees and hold technical leadership responsibility.
