Job Details

We are seeking a mid-level associate corporate attorney with substantial M&A experience. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience at a leading corporate firm and must be an active Bar member in the jurisdiction where they will work. Candidates should possess superior academic credentials alongside excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.

Location options include offices in the Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York, or Boston. Applicants must be eligible to practice law in the respective state or be ready to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Benefits and Compensation
