The Sales Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes, analyzing sales data, and supporting the sales team to drive growth and efficiency. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze Sales Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on key sales metrics including revenue and KPIs.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
• Sales Tools: Assist in the development and implementation of sales tools and technologies.
• Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams for strategic alignment.
• Training and Support: Provide training on processes, tools, and best practices.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; 5+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related role.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and sales software
• Programming knowledge is a huge plus
• Salesforce experience helpful

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the fencing, building material, or distribution industries and advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications.
