We don’t just move freight-- we raise the bar by taking care of our employees, customers, and carrier partners.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Track & Trace Specialist to join our operations team and play a critical role in executing every load we book: keeping customers informed, drivers on schedule, and small problems from becoming big ones. This is not a passive role. It’s fast-paced, high-accountability, and rewards people willing to do whatever it takes to win.
What You'll Do

- Make check calls to drivers and dispatchers
- Communicate proactively with customers on pickup, in-transit, ETA, and delivery updates
- Catch service issues early and coordinate solutions across carriers, customers, and sales
- Document load status accurately and in real time in our TMS

- Solve problems quickly when things don't go as planned
- Leverage technology and data to make smarter decisions
- Consistently hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
What We're Looking For
- A self-starter who takes ownership of every load
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Strong communicator, clear, direct, and professional, on the phone and in writing
- Calm under pressure when loads go sideways, or customers get heated
- Able to juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience (preferred, not required)
- Coachable, humble, and motivated to keep growing
Our Core Values

- Do the Right Thing
- Own It
- Be Humble & Keep Growing
- Do Whatever It Takes
- Find the Win–Win
If these don't resonate, this won't be a fit - and that's okay.
