Role Description

As a Senior Software Engineer at Felix, you will be responsible for writing code and building architectures that support our proprietary digital healthcare ecosystem. Operating as a full stack developer with technologies such as Vue.js and PHP/Laravel, you will manage both front-end and back-end systems to power digital experiences for patients, healthcare practitioners, and pharmacists.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build scalable front-end and back-end systems
  • Develop and optimize our proprietary digital healthcare platform
  • Write code adhering to technical specifications and architectural patterns
  • Improve platform reliability through testing, observability, and monitoring
  • Manage communication flows across the tech stack
  • Mentor junior team members

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a full-stack software engineer
  • Expertise in PHP/Laravel, JavaScript, and Vue.js
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to handle ambiguity and drive projects forward
