About the Role

As a Fraud Ops Specialist, you will drive secure and transparent cross-border payments. Working at the intersection of data analysis, risk management, and operational excellence, you will detect, investigate, and mitigate fraudulent activities, protecting our platform and users.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough fraud investigations to identify suspicious patterns.
  • Provide client support and serve as a contact for fraud inquiries.
  • Collaborate with customer support, risk, and compliance teams.
  • Support operational improvements and refine detection workflows.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects to optimize fraud prevention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze large datasets.
  • Basic experience or knowledge in fintech, payments, or remittance industry.
  • Proficient in G Suite; willingness to learn anti-fraud tools like Power BI and SQL.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Availability to work on weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
