Role Overview
As a Risk & AI Business Analyst at Feedzai, you will be the bridge between client business needs and technical teams. You will collaborate with financial institution stakeholders, project managers, data engineers, and operations personnel to ensure successful deployment, configuration, and optimization of Feedzai’s fraud detection solution.
Your Day To Day
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Conduct workshops, document business requirements, and translate compliance into system specs.
- Solution Design & Configuration: Collaborate with Solutions Architect and product teams to define solutions.
- Data Mapping & Testing: Own data mapping, develop functional specifications, and coordinate UAT.
- Stakeholder Communication & Training: Prepare training sessions, user guides, and support change requests.
- Continuous Improvement: Work with internal teams to improve processes and document best practices.
Who You Are
You possess an MSc in Finance, Information Systems, Risk Management or related fields with 5+ years experience in fraud risk or business analysis. Your technical proficiency with SQL, BI tools, and strong communication skills ensure you excel in a fast-paced environment with a client-facing role.
