Data Management Analyst

Overview

The Data Management Analyst at FedEx Logistics is responsible for data analysis and management within the Engineering Decision Support department. This role supports operational and planning projects by building database libraries, assisting with data extracts and performing data manipulation as required.

Main Responsibilities

• Interface with counterparts across companies to gather analytical input.
• Conduct data analysis in support of operational and planning projects.
• Build database libraries and assist with data extraction and manipulation.
• Design, build and launch new data models and ETL processes.
• Maintain data quality and integrity across allocated data domains.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in data analysis, data management or engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• SQL expertise with a strong understanding of databases and data integrity.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g. SAS) and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, SAS VA, Spotfire).
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, presentation, and project management skills.
• Strong human relations, organizational, time management, and communication skills.
