Job Overview

As an Air Systems Senior Support Coordinator at Federal Express Corporation, you will be responsible for providing critical systems support to ensure seamless order processing. This role involves close collaboration with development teams to manage support tickets and contribute to the development of new features, playing a key part in optimizing user experience and system functionality.

Essential Functions

  • Create test plans and lead system testing initiatives.
  • Utilize technical writing skills to develop user stories and comprehensive requirements documentation.
  • Apply proficiency in Agile development standards and practices.
  • Perform other assigned duties to support operations.

Minimum Requirements

Education: High School/GED diploma is required.

Experience: One year of FedEx Express Air Expedite, or equivalent Logistics, Technical, or Development experience is necessary. Successful completion of FedEx Express Air Expedite Temperature Control training program, FedEx QDM Practitioner training, and applicable recurrent training is also required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts and requirements.
  • Possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and overseeing workloads across various departments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience enhancing IT system user experience and interface usability.
  • Proficiency in developing user-centered workflows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Ability to analyze user feedback and recommend UX/UI enhancements.
  • Demonstrated collaboration with IT teams for planning, testing, and validating system releases.
  • Proven ability to manage independent work and meet strict deadlines.
