Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates must be U.S. citizens with a bachelor's degree or higher in physical sciences or related fields. Must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance and meet FBI employment eligibility. A strong resume (maximum 2 pages) detailing work experience and supporting documents such as college transcripts and, for veterans, appropriate DD forms is required.
Salary and Benefits
Salary ranges from $99,461 to $128,329, commensurate with base, locality, and availability pay. Candidates receive specialized training, real-world investigative experience, and access to cutting-edge technology along with a robust benefits package.
