About the Role
Fed IT, a recruitment firm specializing in IT roles (Infra, Data, Development, MOA, MOE, Management), is seeking a Consultant CRM Marketing Automation for one of its clients in the software publishing sector. This is a permanent contract (CDI) position with the end-client.
The client is a structure specialized in integrating CRM, Data, and Marketing Automation solutions. Under the responsibility of the Project Manager, you will serve as the link between clients and internal teams for the implementation and operational maintenance of selected SaaS solutions (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Marketing Automation, etc.).
Your Missions
- Pilot CRM, Data, and Marketing Automation projects to support clients in deploying acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty solutions.
- Prepare, facilitate, and report on workshops and scoping sessions.
- Organize communication with all stakeholders involved in missions.
- Identify observations, analyze needs, define KPIs, and formulate recommendations to help clients achieve their strategic objectives.
- Identify the functional and technical requirements for operational implementation.
- Ensure reporting, measure the performance of implemented actions, and present findings to clients.
- Leverage your expertise to introduce new structuring practices within the team.
- Explore new areas and develop new offers and services.
- Challenge existing practices and methodologies to foster their evolution.
- Execute missions with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers and CSMs to define mission scope.
- Provide support for high-value pre-sales initiatives.
Desired Profile
You should hold a Master's degree (Bac + 5) from an engineering or business school, with a specialization in CRM & Marketing Automation. You possess a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in similar roles.
A fluent level of English is required. Ideally, you have experience working on projects involving tools (CRM, ERP) in SaaS mode.
Your rigor, curiosity, autonomy, analytical and synthesis skills, as well as your interpersonal ease in teamwork, will be major assets to successfully carry out your mission.
