Role Overview: Marketing & Growth Data Analyst
This role partners with Marketing leaders and senior management to measure performance, run analyses, and drive decisions that enhance customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role requires hands-on work in a dynamic startup environment with significant ownership, high impact, and strong leadership exposure.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing leadership and top management on growth decisions.
- Define, track, and evolve core Marketing & Growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback.
- Build dashboards and recurring insights using Tableau, backed by Snowflake and dbt.
- Analyze performance across multi-channel marketing efforts including paid, organic, lifecycle, and partnerships.
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments, from metric definition to insights.
- Own and improve tracking and attribution frameworks for reliable measurement.
- Develop statistical and econometric models using Python or R.
- Support forecasting, planning, and budget allocation with data-driven insights.
- Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years in analytics or data-focused roles supporting Marketing or Growth teams.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced statistical modeling.
- Solid grounding in statistics, experimentation, and causal analysis techniques.
- Experience with tools such as Tableau, Mixpanel, dbt, and Snowflake (or similar).
- Understanding of tracking, attribution, and marketing measurement.
- Experience collaborating directly with senior stakeholders in a startup setting.
- A relevant academic degree (Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering).
- Experience in multi-channel B2C or B2B2C environments; travel or personal fintech background is a plus.
