Job Description: Security Architect

In this role as a Security Architect within the Security by Design team, your activities and responsibilities will include:

• Integrating security into all technological, cloud, and application solutions, ensuring compliance with company policies, standards, and industry frameworks.
• Evaluating risks and vulnerabilities and proposing effective mitigation strategies.
• Providing specialized technical expertise to guide the implementation of security controls.
• Verifying that products and services remain compliant with company security standards post-Go Live (E2E Assurance).
• Continuously updating the Secure by Design framework by integrating new technical and/or regulatory requirements (e.g., GP, PSNC, NIS2).
• Supporting the team in defining, measuring, and reporting KPIs and KRIs for Secure by Design.
• Assisting in the definition of tender documents by providing appropriate security requirements.
• Supporting the automation of security processes and the adoption of new technologies.
• Collaborating with internal security teams and other cross-functional teams to assess system security and promote shared best practices.

Essential Requirements:

• Degree in STEM, preferably with a focus on Cybersecurity.
• Solid technical experience in developing and defining Network Security architectures, as well as IT and Cloud Security architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of major industry security standards and frameworks, including ISO 27001, 3GPP, NIST, and ENISA.
• Knowledge of key security controls and technologies for protecting networks and applications.
• Expertise in cloud platform security (AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google), API security, and CASB.
• Familiarity with Telco networks (2G/4G/5G, circuit switched, packet switched, IMS, Backhauling, interconnection solutions, and fixed/mobile services).
• Knowledge of network segmentation solutions.
• Experience with VMWare ESX, NFV, and NSX, and container-based solutions.
• Knowledge of perimeter security controls such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, network access controls, and DDoS protection.
• Excellent communication skills for providing quick and concise summaries of complex scenarios.
• Solid experience in critical analysis of architectural designs, including complex ones, to ensure compliance with security requirements and industry standards.
• Proven experience in managing stakeholders (internal and external), including senior ones.
• Knowledge of English (written and spoken) at a minimum of B1 CEFR level.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork aptitude and willingness to share knowledge and experiences.

Preferred Requirements:

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP.
• Certified knowledge in AI Security.
