FASTNET AMS is a fintech company specialising in investment decision analytics. Its flagship platform, Skillmetrics, is a high-tech Investment Decision Intelligence solution that helps fund managers and allocators improve performance by analysing decision quality, investment skill, and behavioural patterns across their portfolios. Through Skillmetrics, FASTNET AMS is building a new category in investment analytics, shifting the focus from returns alone to the quality of decisions behind performance. As demand for our platform grows, we are strengthening our commercial capability and looking for a Commercial Growth Associate to join us at an exciting stage.
This role is ideal for a bright, curious early-career professional who wants exposure to marketing, commercial strategy, and institutional client engagement, and who is motivated by producing real outcomes. The role involves close collaboration with the founder and the core team.
The Role
As Commercial Growth Associate, you will help build commercial momentum by turning insights into conversations, conversations into opportunities, and opportunities into well-prepared client engagements. You will work closely with the founder and support how Skillmetrics presents itself to the market and advances relationships with institutional investors.
What You’ll Do
- Turn research, articles, and insights into compelling LinkedIn posts, email narratives, and client-facing materials.
- Help shape thought leadership that elevates Skillmetrics’ credibility and sparks meaningful engagement.
- Research asset managers, funds, and allocators to produce concise prospect briefs and market insights.
- Support preparation for prospect meetings by synthesising prior interactions and shaping talking points.
- Help maintain a thoughtful follow-through rhythm that strengthens relationships and improves conversion.
- Contribute to clear, persuasive proposals and pilot materials meeting institutional standards.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Skillmetrics’ commercial approach, refining messaging and execution alongside senior management.
Who You Are
- Early in your career (0–3 years’ experience or strong graduate background).
- Strong written and verbal communicator with a professional tone.
- Curious about investing, decision-making, behavioural finance, or fintech.
- Organised, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple threads.
- Motivated by ownership, learning, and producing tangible outputs.
Backgrounds that work well include marketing, business, communications, economics, psychology, data analysis, or similar fields. Familiarity with LinkedIn content, presentations, or CRM tools is a plus, but not required.
Location
- Based in Dublin or able to work closely with the team in Dublin
