Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End Investigation: Manage customer risk with full process ownership.
- High-Volume Sanction Triage: Handle hundreds of Potential Match alerts in ComplyAdvantage for regions including UAE, Bahrain, Labuan, and Indonesia.
- Surgical Review: Analyze details such as Father’s names, residency, and DOB to differentiate false positives from high-risk cases.
- Direct Customer Engagement: Contact customers via email or specified channels for further information.
- Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD): Review sensitive documentation like Proof of Source of Funds and Source of Wealth.
- Document Collection: Guide customers in providing high-quality IDs and handling additional due diligence queries.
- Ongoing Monitoring: Respond to 24-hour alert cycles to ensure continued compliance.

This role requires a specialist with experience in Compliance/AML, particularly sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media, who maintains outstanding communication, quality review, and analytical skills.
