Work Environment
This role is offered in a hybrid work setting. Employees are expected to work at least three days in the office (for those within 50 miles of a corporate office) and up to two days virtually. Applicants beyond 50 miles may still be considered.
About the Role: Product Analyst - Business Insurance
The Product Analyst will perform data analysis to support growth and profitability in designated regions. The role involves detailed analysis of product pricing, competitive dynamics, and market trends across state, regional, and national levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and manipulate data to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with business partners for desired outcomes.
- Conduct competitive and market plan analysis.
- Provide actionable recommendations from data trends.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with field partners.
Education & Experience
A High School Diploma is required with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree in business management, mathematics, finance, economics, or a related analytics field. A minimum of 2 years of insurance or financial services analytics experience is required, with preferred experience in Commercial/Business Insurance.
