Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address complex initiatives.
- Lead discussions for requirements gathering and solution development.
- Manage multiple technical projects and coordinate efforts.
- Ensure compliance and manage non-functional requirements.
- Mentor and supervise team members and direct reports.
- Drive innovation in AI, automation, and data solutions.
What You'll Bring
Minimum 10 years of experience in solution engineering, software development, or systems architecture. Experience with Agile frameworks, AI technologies (machine learning, generative AI, intelligent automation), and leadership in enterprise environments is required. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is necessary. Prior experience in the insurance industry and knowledge of responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance are preferred.
Work Environment
Farmers offers a hybrid work environment with a blend of in-office and virtual work. Employees living within 50 miles of a corporate office work at least 3 days in person and up to 2 days virtually.
